I have a laptop . I mentioned that it has a power jack problem but runs fine and that I upgraded it with a decent SSD. Is this a good price? Does my ad look okay? Anything I should change?

[link removed]

It has a second gen i3 but it's still no slouch, how fast do you guys think I will sell it? I usually get responses within a day on CL where I live. Thanks!

Edit: And can I sell my GTX 760 2GB reference cooled MSI card for $120? Is that a fair price?

Edit #2: Forgot to mention that this is not an advert, and I do not intend for it to be. I just need some help on pricing and anything else wrong with the ad.

The price for the 760 sounds okay. The laptop though as it has a broken DC jack needs work, so you're going to have to find a buyer that can and will fix it. It should catch that price though.

I can sell it as low as $120 so I can get 2-day shipping on the 380 Nitro, should I lower the price then to make it more attractive? I know I will get low ballers but I never accept it if it's not the price I want.

Depending on the laptop could be an easy fix.

Is the price too high? I feel like it is, but the SSD alone is like $40.

The price is only to high if you get no offers for it. Obviously if you lowered the price you would be more likely to get someone to buy it but you should try to get as much money as you can get for it. Only lower it if you have to.

Okay, that sounds like good advice. :D I will keep the price as it is, I really don't want to go below $120 though as I can't get 2-day shipping on the 380 Nitro if it's less than that (if my 760 sells for $120 as well). Thanks!

If I show them that it powers on and works I have a higher chance right? The only problem is that it doesn't charge, at least not through the power jack (I had to disassemble and charge it with some wires hooked up).

One thing I will say is that the gap between a GTX 760 and an R9 380 isn't huge. It's noticeable but not advisable.

If it turns on and boots but the issue is simply the power jack, so long as the buyer knows, there isn't much chance to it.

Still, it's just enough for me. I am almost satisfied with my GTX 760, but it just needs a hint of more power to really suit my needs. And more VRAM. That and the Nitro cooler is just so sexy

Edit: The gap is actually quite big between the 380 Nitro and my GTX 760. Take a look here, it completely passes it up in almost if not all the benchmarkas and games: http://www.eteknix.com/sapphire-nitro-r9-380-4gb-graphics-card-review/3/

Okay, great. I only charged it up to like 40% since I didn't want to sit there all night holding some wires to the PCB, but I can turn it on and show them the specs in the Device Manager and stuff.

I need to move this laptop quick to help pay for my R9 380 Nitro that I want.

Why the Nitro? If I were you I would get the R9 380 MSI Twin Frozr. There is are 2gb and 4g versions and they come with a sweet back plate. Also the length on the card is significantly less.

My Build: cpu: i7-12700k motherboard: Asus Strix Gaming D4 Wifi ram: G.Skill 64gb (4x16gb) 4000mhz @ 1.45v case: O11D XL gpu: MSI Gaming Trio 4090 storage: 3x Crucial 1tb Nvme SSDs display: Samsung LC34G55TWWNXZA keyboard: Logitech G915 mouse: Logitech Superlight headset: astro a40 tr

Um no. I want it because:

1. That is the sexiest cooler I have laid my eyes upon, even more so than EVGA's ACX cooling.

2. The card has a 0dB fan mode, so load under 57C means no fans.

3. The length in my case (Silverstone SG05) can go up to 10.5" (if I modify the chassis) so I'm fine.

4. It's not a plastic shrouded, gamer-y colored mess like every Gigabyte, MSI, and ASUS card out there (that's not to say they're bad manufacturers, I just like a nice clean look).

5. The cooling performance is excellent and the card is practically silent under heavy load according to every review I've seen so far and it overclocks like a dream.

I have nothing wrong with the Twin Frozr cooler, I just like a clean look and this is literally the best looking card I have ever laid my eyes on. I don't want to go with any other card (even if the 280X performs better) simply becasue I'm shallow and I love the look of this card.
