I use MicroBlock (people call it uBlock even though that is a micro symbol)

I whitelist for linustechtips.com of course ;)

Adguard as a chrome extension cuz, the app version cost money. It also seems to block most of the ads unlike some ad blockers out there that not only fail to block some adds but, also let companies pay them for there ads to be white listed...cough, adblock+....

uBlock Origin is what I use, it's the lightest on system resources.

Yep, I haven't noticed any differences and I've used it on three different browsers (My daily driver Opera as well as Firefox & Chrome).
