Need a 24" TV under 150, preferred 1080p

Must be a tv

Doesn't need to be smart

Why does it have to be a TV... doesn't it just have to have HDMI...

It's for my sister for college, it just needs to be simple.

Just connect to the cable with live TV.

Cant u just buy a cheapo 24" monitor and a cheap TV tuner they are like 12-40 bucks

I'd say go for a 720p model. You can actually find ones with decent quality in that price range and 720p isn't that bad for a 24" TV tbh.
