A good replacement?

At the  moment I have a coolermaster 21 evo CPU cooler, a very popular air cooling choice, with the stock fan mounted on it. I am wondering if replacing it with a Lepa BOL.QUIET PWM  LP-BOL12P-R which has almost the same max. cooling performance at only half the noise level would be a  good investment, since the Lepa is meant as a case fan, not a CPU fan.

 

Lepa air flow 81.5 CFM, noise level 8.0 - 18.0 dbA

Coolermaster air flow 24.9 – 82.9 CFM ± 10%, noise level 9 - 36 dBA

for CPU coolers you need to use static pressure fans

 

Case fans are more for airflow without any blockage
