easy fix just go to this website and follow the instructions I had the same issue and mine works fine after trying this

Windows 10 is horribly broken on a lot of configs, I advise, if you can, to downgrade to your previous version, this might require a registry backup, as I got stuck in a bootloop by doing that.

Can't, and that was a windows 7 LOL
