how can i check if my windows install worked correctly and there's no issues bugs or problem caused or that will show down the line?

Case:- 4U Rack Mount Case | Cooler:- Antec Kuhler H600 | CPU:- Intel i5 4690K @ 4.50GHz GPU:- Zotac GeForce GTX 970 4GB AMP! Omega Core Edition @ 1449MHz | Motherboard:- MSI Z97S SLI Krait | PSU:- XFX XTR 650W Gold | RAM:- HyperX DDR3 1866MHz 4GB White (x2) Black (x2) | Storage:- Kingston V300 120GB | Storage 2:- Seagate FireCuda 1TB | Build Log |

Unfortunately there isn't much of any way to do that other than "just use it!"

 

Do some of your most common activities and make sure they work. 

ah lame what does sfs /scannow check as i used that a lot in past to see for errors but never new what that actually checks

That checks the health of the windows files themselves. Which, 90% of current windows 10 problems are bad drivers and incompatibilities. 

 

A good thing to do, would be get most up-to date drivers for every part of your motherboard.

To check drivers are installed for all your devices you can go into Device Manager and look for any yellow exclamation marks or question marks.

General Windows install or configuration problems may not show up until you've actually used the PC for a while though, so to some extent you're going to have to wait and see...

ye i got them all spend last night installing all drivers today is re installing apps and setting up my back ups

ye i know and dam that sucks i can spend all that time installing drivers and games and it not work well :/
