Would I need more fans

So I have a build with the parts all set and a thought occurred to me. Will I need more fans or is the x61 good enough for the cpu? And in general should I get fans with this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NdH7jX .

You'll have 4x 120mm case fans and 2x 140mm rad fans, you should be more than fine.

I don't think you can add anymore fans. However you can replace them for quieter ones

I just might do that, but only if the noise is annoying to me.
