Getting File System Error (-1073741819)

Go to solution Solved by Redhawkcrazed,

Turning it again seems to have fixed it........ Will have to see if my Endless Space works now...

EDIT: It works

Recently I got a a game called Endless Space and every time I've tried to open it I get C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe File System error (10737418190. This also happens when I open other programs, most notably a elevated command prompt. (Though I can open it via task manager.) I upgraded to windows ten a week or so ago. Some things that I've done include:

Running Sfc /scannow on an elevated command prompt; it says that it has found a error and says that it cannot fix the corrupted file.

Tried running Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth it returns with the error 0x800f081f the source files could not be found.

I then tried doing Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /StartcomponetCleanup That completed successfully I then tried to do the above again with the same results.

Chkdsk just gets stuck on %12 on boot.

Disk Repair found nothing I'm out of ideas, anybody have any advice?

Here is the SFC log: http://pastebin.com/SxZsfRHL

It is either your HDD or malware. I've been in this situation before and I had to wipe everything and reinstall windows 10. Plug your HDD to another PC to see if its faulty. Do some malware scans.

For first time builders, please use PCPartPickerLogical Increments

Also please keep a friendly tone at all times. Have a good day/night.
