Need help with error code

umonit64.exe-system error ustor.dll is missing

my mom's laptop that I just transferred to windows 10 keeps popping up this message upon start up, and she tells me that Netflix video lags behind the sounds every once in a while (not sure if its related or just Internet or early adoption bugs)

Any help is aprreaciated

oh yes i see it should be a ? there you go ( you can go back and edit things like add a .  ;)  like what i did with this
