Overheating in Windows 10?

The first couple of days my PC was fine and running my games (overclocked) but now my cpu and gpu are hitting 70C! Should I roll back to Windows 7? Could it be my water cooler? I use HWmonitor to check temps.

Check power saving settings. For me it set my pc to high performance and my cpu was running at it's max speed constantly.

70°C for a GPU is fine. 70°C for your CPU with a liquid-cooler isn't fine at all, I would say your cooler is faulty!

That was what I was thinking. Its a Corsair H80i and plus Corsair Link doesn't run on 10 yet

reapply the heatsink and thermal paste and tighten it down

Depending on the overclock it's pretty easy to get a CPU to reach 70 Celsius with an H80i...

I was thinking about that but the thing is it was stable for maybe 4 days OC @ 4.3GHz. The max my temps went were 55C in Dying Light but now its crazy.

try it...and also check to make sure the pump is working fully and properly

If Corsair Link isn't working should I just disable it and plug the fans into the mobo?

Yes and I would do that anyways since Link is known for being buggy

upgrade your "Display Adapter Driver". If you have Graphics Card.

 

Step 1: You can get that by right click on START button/ Press win + x

Step 2: Click on "Device Manager"

Step 3: Under "Display Adapter" press right click on graphics card driver and select "Update Driver Software..."

Step 4: Click on "Search Automatically for Update Driver Software". System automatically Download latest Driver. (Internet connection required for this step)

Step 5: Reboot your System.
