Windows 10 "Photos" app

Is there is a way to disable slide animation when changing from one image to another? Make it to appear instantly, like it used to be in older windows versions.
If not, is there is good alternative app for image viewing?

you should be able to use the old "non metro" version of the photo viewer.

hm good idea. What#s the old viewer called? i think its not in the list.

 

Edit: derp, klick link...

 

Edit2: still can't find it. I mean, i can find the windows photo viewer folder but there isn't an exe to choose.

who cares...
