What's one of the best AIOs for under $200?

It is more future proof..

So? "Future proof" means nothing unless he plans on switching to a full loop. There's plenty of things that qualify as more future proof, but it's not a reason to buy them when they perform badly. 

 

He also asked specifically for an AIO, if he wanted a custom loop, he would have gone/asked for one. Custom loops also take up much more room and are much harder to just remove from the case when needed. 

 

EDIT: There's also an increased chance of leaking, more maintenance, risks of breaking the PC when installing and filling, having to bleed and leak test the loop and so on.

and harder to install. its not like an AIO, just slap it in.
