K or not k?

Go to solution Solved by Valkyrie Lenneth,

K, even if u dont overclock  a non K cpu will be hard to sell compared to a K

For 10 bucks, I'd say get the K even if you're not overclocking. Then if you feel confident you can try OCing.

Someone once told me that if you get a K CPU you can later oveclock it when it starts slowing down your computer and in effect it can last you longer (a extra generation I've heard)

Or you could just overclock it right when you get it and you will be a generation ahead!  *mind blown*

Yea :P if you're not afraid of overclocking - I'm not that experienced with overclocking and I'll probably not overclock for a while when I get a new computer
