The 960 4gb has no performance advantage over the 2gb variant of the 960. Its completely pointless, it's minuscule bus cannot support 4gbs. You're only looking at a maximum increase of 20% performance.

Cx600m from corsair

That's more than enough for a 390. And the 390 will stomp a 970 on three screens.

Is it worth uppgrading from a 760 2gb too a 960 4gb

No, disregarding the RAM thing the 960 in my experience isn't even faster than the 760. I went from two 4GB 760's to two 4GB 960's via an RMA upgrade from EVGA and even with the 960's overclocked heavily they are still slower than the 760's that I had. A 970 or better would be a far better option.

You should be able to handle a 390, you could get a 970 which is the Nvidia equivalent of the 390 which uses less power.

The CX600 isnt too great a power supply to begin with, isnt meant for heavy loads like you would see while gaming.

20% sounds like a pretty high increase if you ask me. Not sure though, I don't own lower end cards.

10-15 fps for almost 200-250$?

Don't bother. A 390/970 only costs a bit more and gives MASSIVELY better performance.
