is it ok for my cpu to go up above 1.3v every now and then?

I have been overclocking and i have now gotten to a pretty stable overclock on my 4790k with about 1.312-1.32 volts. but with temps only exceeding 80c in intel burn test.

Is it going to damage my cpu if in day to day the voltage goes a little over 1.3?

My temps seem to be pretty good as long as im not burning... even in aida64 temps rarely exceed 80. but its the voltage im worried about.

-SNIP-

If your on watercooling or on big air yes it's still pretty safe up to 1.350V, where up to 1.3-1.4V might see degradation but the chip but by the time that occurred the chip itself is obsolete.
