I need a new graphics card and my limit is 200 USD. My resolution is 1240x1080 (It might be 1080p in the near future). I would like a card with a price to performance. I have a 600 watt PSU with 36a amps on  the 12v rail. It does't have to be exactly $200. If you need any other specs or questions just ask. Have a nice day, bye.

No. A 7850 is like $130 after rebate and is better.

A 7850/7870 would pretty much max everything at that resolution.

Invest in a getting a 1080p display soon.

Here's what I recommend: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1nTWb

You can play many games at high/ultra with a 7850 at 1080p.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

You really can't max out games at 1080p with a 7870, let alone a 7850

Yes, you can. I never said 60 fps nor did I say all games.

Games like Far Cry 3 will have little problem.

at 1680x1050 I max out bf3 in all settings and antialiasing at the medium settings... I always stay above 60fps with vsync enabled through radeon pro. I do this with my 7850...
