Laptop screen mystery

Hi guys. I just got my laptop screen fixed and now i have a problem. When i turn it on, it goes to black screen every time there is nothing moving on the screen. It is really wierd. As soon as i dont move my mouse or any other movements, the screen goes turns black. Still lights up, but only black. The technican who fixed the screen has checked the screen wire and somehow he made it work normally. When i got home, the screen just started on the blinking again. Please help me guys

go back to the dealer if its broken again.... they or you probley screwed something up

If it's an amd card, disable ULPS and update to latest drivers.

If Nvidia, check for latest drivers and to e safe, stay on win 7/8 for now (not ten)

Then dissassemble the laptop's down side, and unplug and replug the screen plugs.

Wow, you guys are quick. It only happens when the pc runs on battery. Btw it is a nvidia gt730m gpu. There is a new gpu driver ready, but i cant find it now?
