Windows 10 background color fit

When I set an image that is not 16:9 ratio on my desktop I put the picture in fit mode. The problem is that it gives me a weird color like orange to fill in instead of black. Anyone know how to change the color or should I switch back to windows 7?

Not sure if there's a shorter method but this seems to work:

 

Right click desktop

Personalise

Under background, change the drop down to solid colour

Change the colour to black (or another desired colour)

Under background, change the drop down to picture
