I don't think you can get any cases with sound dampening material but you can get a cheap airflow case and buy some noctuas

Fractal Define S is around that isn't it? Non-windowed version should be very quiet and it has sound deadening material.

cooler master silencio line up, there are options that fit in that price range and it has sound dampening material.

Also i'd be in the lookout for the Define R4, it goes on sale a lot since the R5 was released and it's still an excellent silent case. The lowest i could find it was 70 pounds but it may be cheaper on your local stores

You could always buy a cheaper case and put foam on it, i did that with my 500r

Another shout for the Fractal R4 from me. It's currently available on CCL for £68.84. Alternatively, if you can stretch another tenner you can get the R5 from CCL for £77.71.
