Hi,

My SteelSeries Siberia Raw Prism headset has recently broke. The right ear cup band has snapped making it unusable.

Do you think an RMA request would work? I've only used the headset for 5 months and they were stored on a stand when not in use.

Thanks in advance,

- Harry

I mean.. You have no and can get yes? If you never shoot, you always miss? (Dutch sayings)

You can try the RMA, chances are they refuse it on the basis that it is user inflicted or just general use damage, but you can still try. 5 months is not that old for 60+ euro headsets.

I mean you can go for broke and bring the "build quality" argument into effect, but ultimately they'd probably still deny it.
