I have this PSU that has been working fine for last 3 years but lately I have been noticing noticeable voltage drops when I put my PC under stress,

VCC3 drops below (Usually stays around 2.9v) 2.5v, VCC drops below(3.3v idle value) 2.8v, 12V rail drops to 10V, +3.3V drops below 3V and rises above 3.5v

Is it time to finally replace the PSU? My rig is in my specs in my profile. Also suggest me a PSU that will be fine for my needs if I need to replace it.

I think that time is hurting you PSU, you will have to replace it... :/ Voltages are too low.

PSU's can degrade over time. assuming thats what happened.

does it ever crash/restart?

actually yes I have been getting CPU vcore related issues even though I know my CPU is able run to with much lower volts.

How are you measuring the voltages? I don't think the PC would even run with the 12V rail at 10V. The readings are probably bogus.

HWMonitor, I do remember voltages drop when I first got this PSU but it was no where near to current drops, also it drops to 10.9v at worst case scenario.

A PSU Tester would be better.

Or even better, a multimeter. What PSU is it specifically? It's not listed on your profile.
