Will it run?

My friend has  400 US dollars and wanted me to ask you guys this question for him.

How well would this pc run the following games on medium settings?

 

 

Sims 4

 

GTA 4

 

Arma 2 Dayz Mod

 

Dayz / the game

 

 

And if it's going to run the games he listed poorly on medium, do you guys prehaps have alternative prebuilt 400 dollar rigs?

Some of these games dont need to be medium. It will easily run sims 4 at medium but the difference in graphics quality in DayZ from low to medium isn't noticeable usually, the FPS is however.
