After some tinkering, I figured it out, after transfer, files lost inheritance of permissions, just enable inheritance, but if anybody knows how to do it to multiple files at once, tell me

Iv'e been having this problem since I had to change rigs and I moved my media from my server drive to my mass storage on my main PC and it access has been denied, contact system administrator, this problem extends to everything iv'e tried, VLC, Adobe Premiere, Plex, Windows Media Player. BTW Win 10

Try right click then open as admin?
