Windows 10 boot with no screen

I copyed my win 10 OS onto my ssd and when I booted the display the turning in and off rapidly and then the screen goes black with only the mouse pointer on the screen I can't even Ctrl alt del

reinstall the os properly to the ssd

 

you won't loose activation for changing from hdd to ssd

try to do that now windows or my MB wont detect the ssd (Samsung 850 evo)

check your bios

 

make sure you got it plugged into one of the intel 6g sata ports

well still check the bios

make sure the bios sees the drive

then you got a hardware problem
