That PSU is way overkill get an EVGA 600 or 500 and get a Western Digital HDD

Get a 280x instead of the 960 and consider investing into a modular PSU such as a 650w GS (same price as a 550w GS)

Razer mice are currently some of the most poorly built products and renowned for failure

Also why windows 7? Windows 8.1 is great and so is win 10
