Had the same issue, don't really remember how I fixed it, it just suddenly worked. Reinstall drivers as said, make sure you get them off nvidia homepage and not through Windows Update. Try a reboot or two as well if you've got no luck after that.

Just uninstall the drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller and Download the latest drivers straight off from Nvidia web page and install it. It should work.

First of all something no one here asked, did you do a clean install? You upgraded then in options reinstalled Windows 10 clean? AFTER you do that, install the latest drivers from Nvidia for Windows 10.  Hope this helps. :)
