Is there any sort of waterproof, battery powered speaker amp I could put on my rear rack of my bike?

And then I could get waterproof speakers and mount them on the front.

Would this be at all feasable

No, Because you would need a battery powered amp, and speaker amps use A LOT of power. the best choice for you would be to go to Best Buy and pick up a waterproof speaker there that connects with Bluetooth. And some of those can get pretty loud.

I like Computer Stuffs. Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it in again? Automation Expert (Bots, scripts, etc)! Add me on Xbox Live: JollyPlanet449 And on Steam!: Baxtmann Wanshow.tips is a cool place too

I'd get a bluetooth speaker, there are plenty that are waterproof.

Then bungee it to the back.

My advice though is that it's conspicuous and antisocial to go around playing music loudly so I would swerve and get a new pair of earphones instead.

Yeah but I would like to be able to hear my surroundings still so I don't get hit by a bus

So open back headphones

And if you're in the city then you'll look like a right mug with tunes blaring from behind you. Then again, you're American so I can excuse it.

No city.

Mostly a bike path, so not that many people any way.

Would still go with open back headphones because it's still a little strange.

Across my road there is a secondary school with a child that goes in there with a bluetooth speaker set to max volume blaring strange rap music. This child annoys me most out of all people at this school because he is an antisocial cunt.

I hear plenty of people bike by with music.

I only hear people for a few seconds
