Used Server for SQL Server and VPN Server Use

I'm looking for a server that could handle a SQL Server and a VPN Server well that's not too expensive. It's so that users can connect to the VPN and use the SQL server. Load will be pretty low, 5 users at a time max and 2 or 3 most of the time.

Ideal price would be 200 euro with shipping included. Does not need storage and it mustn't be too big. Preferably from within the EU to avoid customs fees or crazy expensive shipping.

Seeing as a 2007 dual-core CPU can handle the load you'd expect a 2009 quad-core one clocked higher than the other to do pretty good too.

yup. not sure how demanding running a VPN server is, but my Dell Optiplex (P4, no HT) can run my FTP server with no sweat. (only 100Mbps, but it maxes it out every time.)
