Graphics card clearance issue

I am current building a pc in a corsair spec 03 case and I can't fit my 2 gigabyte gtx 970 wind force cards I can only fit the first one but the second one doesn't have enough space because of the hard drive bay. I've tried to remove the bay but it can't be moved is there a way I can fit the second one without trimming the edge of the card

I'm pretty sure it can be removed.

I'm pretty sure it can be removed.

They're riveted in place if you want to take them out you can just drill out the rivets to take the drive cages out.
