Well he shouldn't expect to run games on intel integrated graphics on a celeron.

Minesweeper is a bad PC port, runs only 6,9FPS average here with a gtx 970 @420p

on my laptop with i7 4702MQ I got 20FPS 1080p low with the HD 4600 in BF3, which isnt too bad, but the gt 750m was still better ofc xD

Haha :) They did make a good High End gaming PC though. Still better to build it yourself! :D

2 more threads, not cores.

Very true! But will the extra 0.31 Ghz not make a difference?

if lenovo didnt go potato on their power supply you *could* perhaps toss a GTX750ti in there...

that is, if they didnt pull an HP and "saved cost" on a PCIe slot.

Not really, the extra threads even if they are not physical still help on leveraging the load.

The main problem is that there is no GPU, the iGPU is not powerfull by itself, that's another reason he was getting more frames on his old laptop.

Also, why didn't he ask for help when he was going to buy it?

Of all the lenovo PCs I have ever had. Not any one had a PSU. And Plus, my buddys PC is an All in One :P

You can always get another power supply for the laptop you know, also having a single PCIe slot is not the end of the world, he could just work with ethernet instead of wifi while at home. It may not be the ideal senario but it's manageable even if a bit tedious.

He does not trust Forums ;-; I told this one is the best one out there though ;-; He wanted me to do it instead. He had some bad experiences with them that involved me fixing his PC ;)

That's like saying I don't trust gas stations because they have expensive and bad quality gasoline. xD
