I'm currently planning to build a pc and I can't make up my mind :( I will be doing 1000% gaming and I can't decide on a motherboard. I will be using an i5 4670k, gpu is gonna be a gtx780, using a xonar dx and I'm using a test bench as a case(don't judge pls) :D

Choice 1 : MSI Z87 Gd-65 Gaming  -  seen good reviews

Choice 2 : Asus Maximus 6 hero  -  ROG = gaming?

Choice 3 : Asus Sabertooth z87  -  Protection from dust good for open test bench?

Hm.. Z87-A. Cheaper and comes with an Sli bridge, so i assume its sli certified. What more do you need?

But since you're using a test bed.. how about the UD3H? has voltage read points, which could be nice for those who have an open rig and know how to use a multimeter.. AND cheaper..

If you haven't spent the money on the sound card yet get the new Asus Maximus VI Formula. With this board you wouldn't need a sound card as it has a very high end on board audio. And liquid cooling ready VRMs. Also comes with a cool cover like the sabertooth.
