HELP Can't reserve windows 10

Hi guys. I need some help.

 

So, I had windows 10 reserved but then i decided to reset my laptop because it was running a bit slow. so i did the reset that doesnt affect your files.
When it was done, i was on windows 8. so i installed some updates and now im on windows 8.1 pro.

But, the get windows app is not there anymore so i can't reserve it. I checked online and it says that there is a required update but iit looks like it's the same update that puts a search button next to username on the windows homepage(I have that) ? And control panel says no new updates available. What could the problem be? What do I do?
