Also my friend make room for an ssd. Go with a i5 4460 and use some money to go for an ssd. With 900$ you can fit in an ssd.

Why do I need an SSD? I had one in the build before but it seemed like it would be more usefull to upgrade CPU/GPU/MOBO with the extra 50~ dollars.

Why does everyone push the SSD thing? I have 0 experience with SSDs but people make them sound like holy grails. If someone could enlighten me on SSDs I would appreciate it. Also how would this pc perform at 1080p medium-high settings on recent AAA games?

It would perform very decently, even at high settings.

You can watch this.
