Hello so I want to build a pc that can handle 1440p on 3 monitors at good fps i was thinking about 1-2 titan x´s is that overkill or not enough??? PLease tell me in the comments below. Wow that makes me sound like youtuber!

so basically: titan x's aren't better than 980 ti's, but 980 ti's have better coolers (the non-reference). for this setup i would recommend at least 2 980ti's , maybe if you want to have higher fps a third one, but i'd start with two

Are you doing surround gaming our just using the other two monitors for other stuff?

If gaming across all three screens, 2 980tis should do. If you play games on just one monitor, then a single 980 ti would be more than enough?

My rig:
CPU: i5 4690k 24/7 @4.4ghz (1.165v) Max 4.7ghz (1.325v) COOLER: NZXT Kraken X61 MOBO: Asus Z97-A   RAM: 16GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical   GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SSC   PSU: EVGA GS 650W   CASE: NZXT Phantom 530 HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB + WD Black 2TB
