Slightly higher turbo speed, if it's more than a few dollars more it's not worth it.

The 4460 is fine, if you have to compromise on parts like the gpu for the 4690 its not worth it. But if you have the money, go for the better one, that will get you an extra 1-3fps more in future titles

Get the 4460 if you don't plan on overclocking. If you do, get the 4690K.
