How to fix Error 0x800705b3 issue?

I got a new phone yesterday and I've been trying to download software update for it, but in windows update it keeps failing and giving me Error 0x800705b3 message.

 

Is there any way to fix this? Only things I found online were shady software that detect thousands of issues with your pc and won't do anything unless you register.

Your phone doesn't need drivers and you can't use windows update to update your phone. Here is a tutorial on how to update your phone http://goo.gl/tu6wFx.

I went through Samsungs website and downloaded the drivers directly from them. Although it still bothers me that I couldn't download them through windows update like i normally would be able to
