Hi guys.

I am in the process of building a new PC, on a tight budget.

I currently have an Intel i5 2400 3.1GHz

With my understanding of CPUs this is not an overclocking compatible CPU, but is it still possible to rather spend money on cooling than a new i5 4950.

Any advice will be appreciated.
