Im still relatively new to building PC's but made my own 6 months ago.

Last night i downloaded and tried a new game "Warhammer 40k Dark Nexus Arena" which is still in its beta stages, and got a massive heat spike on my graphics card. (about 65-69 degrees celsius while on the games title screen only. I contacted the developers about this)

The below image is what my PC usually runs when not gaming.

After that i decided i wanted to upgrade and add on a few more fans to my case.
Currently i have the following

CPU fan: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

Graphics Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125494

Power Supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182188

Tower Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147184

At the moment i have only replaced the stock CPU fan with the "Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO" fan.

everything else in my case is stock (3 of the 120mm case fans, 1 on the rear, 1 at the top, and 1 on the front)

In total my case always has 8 fans running, and i think my heat dispersal is just to inefficient to deal with the amount of heat i get sometimes (1 power supply fan, 3 case fans, 1 CPU fan, 3 built in graphics card fans).

So im looking for any recommendations on some of the best quiet and efficient fans meant for a Gaming PC. i will mainly be looking to replace 3 of the 120mm fans and add on a 140mm fan (i do not currently have a 140mm fan, nor any fan mounted on the side of the case).

Any and all recommendations are appreciated, also it would be nice if these fans were blue LED fans, but thats not a mandatory thing for me.

Thanks in advance for all the help. Also links are also greatly appreciated.

after looking around a bit, id probably max out a $50 for all the fans combined that i would want to purchase, i still want to see your recommendations even if they go beyond this limit.

I looked up one of Linus's video's on Corsair fans, and like what i have seen so far, atm im looking at the following.
