To your motherboard. Or fan controller if you want/have one. Should be labeled on mb sys fan_2 or something.

there are a few spots, google "fan header" to get a idea. Plug them in a sys fan spot thats is the easiest to reach.

Actually I think you're wrong, the manual says theres both sysfan and cpufan.

cpu cooler should be plugged into the one with pmw or 4 pins, normally only cpu_1 will have true pmw with opt going off it. System fans are normally 3 pin and go off voltage, 5, 7 and 12 volts and sometimes go off the case temp not cpu temp as with gigabyte for some reason.
