All usb's cut out randomly

so today my keyboard stopped working, so i unplugged it and when i went to unplug my headsets USB cord that powers it, i could see the led's on it flicker and i could hear static, and now my mouse keeps cutting out. its like when the USB moves it skips and sometimes just cuts out for 2-4 seconds, it keeps happening while im playing cs-go and since im legendary eagle i don't want to loose games because of my USB ports being messed up,  any ideas?

Reinstall Chipset and I'd assume USB drivers for your motherboard?

Is it directly into the motherboard or is it into the case? if motherboard, try removing the battery and replacing it

it could be, but its also my case usbs too, the usb 3's just started working, i may have to re install the drivers
