I'm new here and i'd really like to show my personal build, but i don't really know where to post it so sorry if it's the wrong place. So most important to me most performance for the least amount of money. Like i said i don't know much about this stuff and am looking for help. below i have posted my custom build which i want to buy if it's good enough. There are a few pointers. I am not confident if i should take the  power supply, processor, motherboard and the graphic card. please tell me if u have any tips and gear that would fit more to my build.

I'd really like for someone to help me out because i'm starting college soon and need a powerfull enough pc to take on Adobe PS, several programming programms and ofcourse my favorite game TERA on at least medium settings. I am willing to pay up to 650 euros

about the cpu: i chose this cuz im new and wont do overclocking, the motherboard is there cuz its fairly easy to upgrade stuff, though i don't know if the cpu will support the Memory cuz of the 1866 MHz, the motherboard does support this. Storage...duh. video card was a though one, so i found on the evga site the 4GB GDDR 5. PSU is the greatest and cheapest i could find in the netherlands. its the coolermaster g450m, which i did not find on partpicker.

BTW: Does anyone know which monitor  (1080p)  is best and a bit cheap for watching movies and series in 1080p with pretty good color depth?. THX

So here is my build all in total around 620 euros:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($176.95 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($87.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GT 740 4GB Superclocked Video Card  ($113.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Cooler Master N300 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($49.99 @ Newegg)
PSU: coolermaster g450m

Total: $563.80 (+ PSU)
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I'd suggest you swap out the HDD for a Western Digital Black and the PSU for something from Corsair.

I'd really like for someone to help me out because i'm starting college soon and need a powerfull enough pc to take on Adobe PS, several programming programms and ofcourse my favorite game TERA on at least medium settings. I am willing to pay up to 700 euros which is about 750 dollars.  So here is my build:

graphic card: ASUS GTX750TI-PH-2GD5    or   MSI N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC

motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3

processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4690K, 3,5 GHz (3,9 GHz Turbo Boost)   (might be a bit too much for my budget)

power supply: Antec VPF Bronze 450W

case: Aerocool GT Advance Black Edition

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14, 1 TB

RAM: Crucial 8 GB DDR3-1600 Kit

so this brings me around 670 euros, is this money worth the build? I'm awaiting you experienced answers, thnx in advance.

edit: if someone could please explain me a bit about why i most people replace the fans that come with the case?

also  which cooler and why

and does the power supply matter that much? same for the case?

thank you for your help the reply's were helpfull

edit2: i really need to know which is better, my brain is exploding cuz im new to this advanced stuff

this MSI B85-G41 PC Mate or this MSI B85M-E45?

Step down your cpu to a 4460

Also the more ram you mention is gddr3, you will not benefit from it, the other one was gddr5,

which is faster and performs better
