has anyone experienced it ? and how did you overcome it?
I wanna do so much more in this life but this internal resistance is limiting me, every time I want to
hustle and be productive it's like there is an invisible force that is holding my back.

I'd highly appreciate any tips or book recommendation

I have the same problem, but I'll deal with my procrastination when the time comes, preferably on my deathbed...

Give yourself a bigger project, and procrastinate on that.

Basic guide to CPU's!

If I said I were 14, you would call me a kid. If I say 70, you’ll entitle me too old. If I say 20 you say I’m inexperienced and if I say 40 than I'm too boring.

I am disappointed that non of the above have put this here ... :

But seriously , go get it done and then you can do anything you want ...

Do something first than remind yourself I need to get this done before I can do priority , pretend your life will end if you don't get it done today ...

... Life is a game and the checkpoints are your birthday , you will face challenges where you may not get rewarded afterwords but those are the challenges that help you improve yourself . Always live for tomorrow because you may never know when your game will be over ... I'm totally not going insane in anyway , shape or form ... I just have broken English and an open mind ...

I always have the same mentality, I do my work first and after that I can do whatever I want.

depends what you are having problems procrastinating on. For busy work I set up a wunderlist to-do list so I feel accomplished when I complete it. For personal projects I normally find enough fun in them that I don't procrastinate. For studying I go somewhere with no distractions and put on an hour long white noise "song". That way I know I have an hour without bringing a clock/phone in.

I set small goals, and allow myself a reward when I accomplish them. Like when I moved out on my own, my focus was to live frugally and save money, but every time I paid rent, I'd go get dinner at my favorite restaurant. Right now, I'm studying for a networking certification. I have a set amount of time that I read each night, and if by the weekend I have done all my reading, I go out and have fun for a night.

Smaller goals are easier to achieve. "I'm going to study for an hour tonight, then I'll watch the new LTT video"

"I'm going to write 500 words of this essay before I play Rocket League"

"I'm going to run one mile, then turn on my music for the second."
