Hay

I wanted to ask you abut The version of direct X that came with windows 10 I was under the impression that windows 10 will be shiped with DX12 but as soon as I upgraded my windows from 8.1 to 10 the DX version changed from 11 to 11.2 not 12 JUST WANTED TO ASK THAT IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DX11.2 AND 12 OR ARE THEY THE SAME THING AND IF THEY ARE DIFFERENT  HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF OFFLINE OR ONLINE INSTALLER OF DX12

Thank you

Najeeb Ullah

Judging by the GPU in your specs it's possible your hardware doesn't support directx12 so they would go back to the last supported featureset.

I believe your hardware will have DX12 version 11_0 and limited 11_1 support.  DX12 isn't even supported by any games other than this one currently.

11.2 is essentially DX12, just with a few less features. (If I understood it properly)
I have a 7970 right now in my system and windows recognize it as DirectX 12

Incorrect; DX11 could be installed on DX10 cards. Unless that has changed in Windows 10, I've not been informed of such a change.

I have finally moved to a desktop. Also my guides are outdated as hell.

7670m is based on AMD Terascale micro-architecture, which only support DX11 with feature level 10_1. It can't support DX12.
