W10 Upgrade Help

I want to upgrade to W10. I'm on Windows 7 Pro and I have had the upgrade taskbar icon for the last month. Strangely enough, it disappeared a few days ago. I have Windows Update enabled and set to scan and install updates automatically. When I scan for updates now, a Windows 10 upgrade splash screen appears, but it's 'Reserve' button is not functional and does not do anything.

 

What is happening??!

Tried it.

 

Said that it could not complete because "We couldn't update the system reserved partition".
