my friend just upgraded to windows 10 and she went to open minecraft and got a error saying that her graphics drivers might be out of date. her processor is a intel pentium dual core E5700 running at 3.00GHz

And onboard needs at least open gl 2+

Yes. She needs a Video card. Is she using Onboard Graphics?

yes she is using onboard graphics and minecraft ran before she updated and now it doesnt

She'll need to get a GPU. On-board graphics is terrible.
