I imagine, oddly enough, the method of changing this for 7 would apply.

You can't change that ugly jpegy login screen? What?

Heres a fix that at least gets rid of that ugly picture. Tested, it works:

1. Run the registry edit they have here (Number 3 .reg download)

http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/9108-sign-screen-background-image-enable-disable-windows-10-a.html

2. Change color in Personalize> Colors.

http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3380-color-appearance-change-windows-10-a.html

I HAD to change the default color, as the default blue translates into some awful Green color (because HDMI?)

Solid color instead of that pic? I'll take it!

Every time you leave your computer, switch users, lock your computer, restart your computer, turn on your computer.

Even worse on a windows tablet.

Then perhaps you should just disable it by going to Settings - Accounts - Sign-in Options and selecting "Never" under "If you've been away, when should Windows require you to sign in again". Or perhaps you should just speak to a Physiologist. ;)
