So I just modded my case and my hyper 212 doesn't fit, I looked into a h80i but that wont fit. I need a high performing low profile heatsink...... i was considering buying this, its shorter than the 212 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103189 , any other recommendations would be great :D

That cooler looks so sexy, you should buy it, or you can buy H60.

H60 isn't that bad. I have a H50 on my i7 920 @ 3.82 ghz and it doesn't get that warm honestly. But, if you are trying to keep your 4.6 ghz on that 4770, it probably won't handle the heat...

Noctua is one of the best for low profile. They have a few great HTPC ones.

The H60 is pretty good actually my only problem is the pump is quite loud. Also many tower coolers do about the same for half the price. The major benefit of it is that you can put it where you want and away from stuff like super tall ram.

On a side note found putting one in push pull didnt really do much.

I use this in a HTPC in my living room, a small micro board in a Fractal design core 1000.   Keeps a fx-6300 at 22/27c  at idle.    Even comes with a metal case badge and a 4gram tube of NT-H1 thermal compound
