Are Nvidia drivers still having issues

I have upgraded 10 on my second rig which had amd and it's working fine, but what about nvidia? My main rig has nvidia are there still issues can they by resolved and will they be resolved in the time to come?

Desktop 1: CPU: Intel Core i7 4770  GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 Ram: Crucial DDR3 2x8GB 1600 MHz  Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB and Segate 1TB Hard drive  Desktop 2: CPU: Intel Pentium G3258  GPU: AMD R7 250  Ram: Corsair Vengance DRR3 2x8GB 1600 MHz  Mobo: MSI H81M-E33  PSU: Corsair CX430M  Case: Rosewill MicroAtx Mini Tower

There never was an issue you just have to restart the PC while everyone was trying to do install the drivers manually.

I installed it on 2 PC already both with Nvidia GPUs and after a restart it worked without a problem on both.

Should I update my drivers through geforce experience before I upgrade?
