Your PSU should be fine.

It's at the near minimum required but I dont think you'll have a problem.

 

If you're going to get an i7 4770... you might as well spend the extra 20 and get the unlocked K version in case you may want to overclock in the future.

Then why not get a X31 or H55 since those are quieter
