Paint in Windows 10?

Just upgraded to Windows 10 and was about to post a screenshot to one of the forums I frequent. I printscreened, went to search Paint, and only found Fresh Paint. Fresh Paint is cool and all, but it's not exactly the "quick-screeshot-image-tool" that I had back in Windows 7.

 

Am I missing something?

just get Gimp

Use Snipping Tool.

 

Or get Greenshot. It's pretty good for screenshots. It allows you to take screenshot of a selection, or of the entire screen, and it has options to automatically upload it to an image hosting site (I use imgur)

Gyazo is pretty superb.

Just use Gyazo, Gimp or anything else that's cheap(or free) and reliable

 

Then try to use imgur as stated above

Paint is still on mine just go to the cortona search bar by the start button and type paint came up for me

if it's a screenshot of a window, press Alt+Print Screen , then just paste it on imgur.  No need to crop.  Other than that, I have no clue

Yeah, it's still there. Using the command line and typing "mspaint" brings it up. Obviously, you shouldn't have to do that, so I went into System 32 and created a shortcut to the executable, then went into the actual Start Menu folder and added it under "Programs". and now it's listed.

I typed 'paint' into the search bar and it came up fine for me. I upgraded from W8.1
